Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the first step toward becoming a hotel manager? Barceló Hotel Group invites you to join our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program, an immersive Assistant Hotel Manager in Training Internship designed to kick-start your leadership career in the hotel industry.

This cross-training program offers you hands-on experience across all hotel departments — from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Administration — providing you with a 360º understanding of hotel operations. Under the direct mentorship of the Hotel Director and support of the Management Team, you’ll gain practical skills, strategic insights, and leadership exposure that will shape your career.

To be part of our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program, you should meet the following criteria:

?? Final-year student in a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university
?? Previous hands-on experience through at least two operational internships, ideally across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division and Food & Beverage)
?? Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a big plus
?? Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region — flexibility is key to your growth within the company.
