Funciones

The purpose of this role is to develop the Barrier business line to ensure that profitability and working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction goals are met in order to continuously build the organisation. 
 
  We are looking for a candidate that will take ownership of the process, work hard to support the company’s overall strategy and mission and at all times maintain a high level of professionalism. 
 
 Key Accountabilities: 

 •Define and develop product strategy thought trends and opportunity analysis, product portfolio, pricing, communication mix, sales promotional tools and marketing activities.
 •Prepare and present market surveys for the product lines.
 •Perform strategic planning and effectively communicate product strategy throughout the organisation.
 •Present a monthly report with price development, profitability, gains and losses analysis and forecast ratios (PLIX and BIAS) for material group.
 •Barrier range forecast owner, prepare and conduct a monthly forecast follow up of key products, proactively acting to correct possible deviations.
 •Secure that the budgeted Advertising and Promotion financial targets are met for Drapes & Staff Clothing.
 •Develop business relationship with key customers and distributors in order to reach agreed upon sales and profitability targets.
 •Provide product related information to the sales force and ensures that the objectives are met or exceeded with focus on customer satisfaction, profitability and sales growth.

  Key Decisions: 

 •Define and develop product strategy through trends and opportunity analysis, product portfolio, pricing, communication mix, sales promotional tools and marketing activities.
 •Training programs for sales force and customers.

Requisitos

Qualifications & Experience: 

 •Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business & administration.
 •Several years’ experience in product management, product development or related discipline in medical devices companies.
 •Demonstrated success in developing and launching products.
 •Demonstrated experience in forecast and budgets preparations
 •Enable, educate, influence, and align sales team to local marketing strategy and communicate updates on
 •Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple deadlines and budgets.
 •High level of IT Literacy
 •Database management.
 •Integrated Management System Knowledge
