Funciones

Running quantitative and qualitative research on to understand customer's user behaviours through the analytical tool of Adobe/ User Testing Userzoom
· Use the data to identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas.
· Running/Set up of weekly and monthly reporting on the digital channel.
· Supporting CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives on multiple projects simultaneously and managing workload within deadlines.
· Planning, and prioritising insights and testing strategy with team and being able to analyse and evaluate A/B tests, reporting on results and recommending next steps.
· Communication of test results both to direct and indirect teams in order to maximise the benefit of learning (sharing knowledge)

Requisitos

·  Valuable experience with Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics)
·  Valuable Previous experience with A/B testing programs (Adobe Target)
· An understanding of various methods for visualising analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed by less technical staff.
· Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations
· Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Se ofrece

- Schedule: Flexible from 7h to 10h and 16h to 19h M-T. Fridays 15h to 17h.
- Period: From 6 months to 1 year.
- Salary: 864€ b/mes.
- Locations: Las Rozas
