We are strengthening our team with the position of:

Bell Attendant (M/F)




Responsibilities:
Ensure guest transportation between the hotel and the beach (shuttle service);
Provide porter and bell service, welcoming guests upon arrival and departure;
Assist with guest reception and escort them to their rooms (rooming service);
Present the hotel facilities and services;
Provide luggage assistance;
Perform valet parking service whenever necessary;
Deliver an excellent welcoming experience;
Support guests with all their needs, ensuring a personalized experience;
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
