Funciones

This newly created (global) brand management role needs an ambitious and result-driven marketer who is keen on continuing the effort to drive our brand operations forward. Are you excited about brand management and an effective project manager who is able to deliver high-quality, high-impact marketing tools that drive our business forward?

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our Page Executive business and practice leaders and their regional marketing leads. You'll be close to our global businesses, ensure communication and engagement in order to understand their needs and establish quarterly delivery plans. Once you've outlined these plans, you'll build and deploy high-impact marketing tools in collaboration with each of our expert teams (content, design, digital, research, internal comms and CRM).

You'll be part of the marketing shared services team in Barcelona (Spain) and report directly into the Head of Brand and Content Marketing.

 * Outline and drive the global brand delivery schedule based on KPIs set together with the businesses we support in order to ensure maximum ROI
 * Ensure effectiveness of internal (business) relationships and communication
 * Establish the brand internally through effective and impactful internal communications
 * Define the brand proposition and its differentiators
 * Project development and coordination (internal and external communication tools)
 * Monitor, follow-up and evaluate the implementation progress of the plans and budgets with the business. Validate the monthly reporting & define monthly action plans
 * Drive improvements of different marketing channels
 * Competition monitoring and industry
 * Optimize existing actions, pilot & grow digital activity to further digitalize local marketing operations
 * Monitor, develop & drive new marketing approaches to pilot high-impact & innovative marketing actions
 * Execute and share best practices, promotions and campaigns with the other members of the marketing teams at the Shared Services Center and in local/regional offices

Requisitos

 * Solid understanding of how the different online and offline marketing channels work together
 * Experience analyzing conversion data, ROI and other analytically-oriented material
 * Organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
 * Very high attention to detail and drive for perfection
 * Team-player and self-motivated to help to grow the marketing activities
 * Leadership, negotiation and convincing skills to ensure high-quality collaboration with local/regional marketing teams
 * (Near) native oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
