Would you like to work in a growing company and drive the entire Marketing Strategy of one of our brand for the Southern European countries? Is the customer centricity in your brand positioning and mktg campaigns a must for you? Are you a result-oriented person for which execution is as important as strategy? Are you ambitious, passionate, and resourceful? Do you like to be successful in what you're doing? * Drives the local strategy for the brand and maximizes sales turnover by setting clear direction for execution of the brand strategy. * Develops deep customer insights and translates customer insights into effective brand positioning and promotional campaigns. * Understands the brand's market potential, sources of growth and competitive landscape. * Works closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met * Develops effective marketing strategies and high impact promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales team and clinical department * Demonstrates ability to segment a market, select optimal target audiences and position effectively for the target segment * Effectively challenges country-level forecasts for the bran * Continually evaluates and applies knowledge of the effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control) of promotional tactics. * Collaborates closely with key stakeholders including the sales force, clinical department, market access, business intelligence and global marketing team.
* University degree in Science or Marketing and Business qualification * Previou sexperience of around 2 yearsin marketing, medical device or pharmaceutical marketing preferred * Demonstrated experience of growing brands, indentifying growth opportunities and gaining alignment to execute against a strategic growth plan. * Ability to work in a cross-funtional team * Proven skills in the following: brand marketing, market and competitve analysis, customer insghts, marketing program development. * High-performer and goal-oriented * Strong leadership abilities * Travel minimum 50 % * Entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative: looks for creative and pragmatic solutions
