Funciones

Transform data found in various information sources, through their analysis and processing, into valid information for the company.

Automate and enable faster parts budget.

KPI's Activity:
Maintain Aftersales KPI and display through a dashboard
Activity to be included: Visits, CSI, Turnover, VxV
Monthly results analysis (trends and conclusions)

Parts & Acces Budget:
Parts budget preparation
Parts budget follow up
SGA & GA Budget preparation & MARS input
SGA & GA Budget Control & Follow up
Monthly results analysis (trends and conclusions)

H-CSI management:
Program coordination with HME & Supplier
H-CSI data submision & follow up
H-CSI : Customer visits report to Supplier

Requisitos

High analytical skills: methodical/or, systematic/or and creative/or to find solutions to problems or business needs through the analysis and processing of data.
Apply techniques to understand the data through its preliminary analysis and a study of its nature (correlation, trends...)
Ability to identify the validity of the information and synthesis to observe the data and extract useful and relevant content.
Knowledge in office automation: Excel expert level (essential); Knowledge Business Objects; PowerBi; Power point
Knowledge of statistics and market analysis: you must be able to analyze databases, design and create dashboards, etc.
A good basic education and qualifications as evidence of numerical and literacy abilities.
Knowledge in aftersales area or in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
High planning and organizational capabilities
Negociation and high comunication skills capacity.
Hability to cope with stress situations and high number of requests
Adaptability to continuous changes
Able to plan and prioritise own work
Initiative and proactivity
Willingness and desire to learn
Spoken and written language: English (Level médium/high)
Medium/high IT skills in MS Office systems (word, excel, powerpoint) and relevant Honda systems.
