Funciones

Reporting to the CFO, you will have responsibility for controls oversight, consolidated reporting, insightful KPI, budgets and planning, project and change management, audit of financial statements and tax.


Description

Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include:

 * Oversee company financial needs, controlling disbursements, bank balances, establishing and maintaining credit and collection procedures.
 * Participation in the elaboration of the budget Plan each year.
 * Elaboration and analysis of strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc).
 * Analysis of the deviations of actual figures vs. Budget.
 * Preparation on a monthly basis the Business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, ...) that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial and economic performance.
 * Development of Business Intelligence tools, to provide a basis for decision making.
 * Definition of business processes with periodical updates.
 * Creation of financial analysis and strategies and initiatives to improve profitability.
 * Monitors the cash flow into and out of the organization and calculates the working capital and cash flow projection of the company on a monthly basis.
 * Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring all accounts are paid on time.
 * Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors.
 * Analyses, recommends and implements necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business in order to ensure integrity and consistency of financial data.
 * Oversees the financial data are properly booked by the accountant. in full accordance with the company analytical accounting rules and control model.
 * Advise on financial analyses and decisions-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and chief financial officer.


Profile

* Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar
 * At least 3 years of experience working in a financial department as Controller or Finance/Business Analyst
 * Desirable previous experience in transactions services in a Big Four company
 * Mandatory fluency in English
