Funciones

We are looking for a Business Developer Manager to help the company expand their customers across Europe.

Responsabilities:

 * Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand's company's customer base and ensure it is strong presence.
 * Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients's objectives.
 * Handle all day to day operation in Europe which includes (Logistics, Warehousing&Distribution)
 * Following up on the upcoming shipments and cordinate with the logistics team in UAE)
 * Relationship developement with purchasing&sales (distributors and operators)
 * Introduce new products and handle sample request and follow up
 * Support the company to develop a winning sales organisation in Europe by providing and developing category, supply chain and technical support across all markets.


Perfil del candidato

Competencies:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Fields

Minimum Experience: 3 o 4 years of experience in International Development/Sales

Persistence: To keep attacking the issue/problem from every angle until you find a path to a result that will fall in line with your target/objective

Costumer Focus: Cares about the customer if satisfied and create the best possible experience for them to perform and grow at higher level.

Team builder: Makes a teambuilding team challenge by focusing on the qualities and behaviors of winning team and help them to identify responsibilities to ensure completion.

Planning organizing: Creates realistic schedules for projects and follows them. Evaluate progress against schedule a goal.

Imitative: Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires it.
