Funciones

MANPOWER TEAM seeks to incorporate a person for an important company, leader in its sector, located in the area of San Sebastian de los Reyes.
The Business Development manager is responsible for managing a team of Business Development executives that give support to the Sales Regional Directors, related both to tenders and to orders.
For tenders above 100.000 USD the Business Development manager is responsible for reviewing the final offer before it is handled to its Regional Director.
For tenders above 500.000 USD the Business Development manager will coordinate very closely with the assigned agent the execution of the same or will even be the Project leader if necessary.
Other responsibilities are written below.
- Elaborate and control budget for the department periodically
- Coordinate Project meetings with the Regional Directors and other departments
- Detect and implement improvements within the sales process in the internal management system (Salesforce platform)
- Direct contact with clients
Competences & Skills: 
- Strong working knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to track simultaneously and follow up on a number of different projects. Multitasked person.
- Organization skills 
- Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word is a must)
Requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree in Business / International Administration, Economics, or any related fields. 
- Minimun 5 years' experience in a procurement or sales support position
- English, C1
Desireablw: 
- Third language knowledge
- Negotiation knowledge of basic negotiation techniques

Se ofrece

. Temporary contract through Manpower, 3 months + incorporation
- Timetable: Full Day
- Annual Gross Salary around 30 - 40 €
