Are you ready to make an impact in industrial real estate? Join a fast-growing team in Barcelona and play a key role in shaping high-value logistics, data center, and business park projects. You will identify prime land opportunities, lead acquisitions, drive leasing and commercialisation, and build lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and authorities. Your work will directly influence projects from concept to completion.

Requisitos

· Master’s in engineering, architecture, urban planning, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years in land sourcing, due diligence, or industrial/retail real estate development.
· Strong technical know-how, risk management skills, and expertise in zoning and permitting.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills.
· Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
