Business Development Manager SPAIN (metalworking fluids) for the aerospace, metals, mining, machinery and automotive sectors.


Description

The Business Development Manager will:

 * Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team to grow the business by target companies at group senior level
 * Develop new business growth strategy.
 * Identify group and key customer targets.
 * Prospect for potential new customers and growth opportunities.
 * Develop value propositions and sales approach for key industry segments.
 * Coordinate activities closely with Product Managers and European BDM's.
 * Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
 * Forecast sales and growth targets.
 * Track and record activity utilizing CRM
 * Support commercial team in execution of new opportunities identified


Profile

* Minimum 5 years in a similar position or technical positions such as Engineering Management, technical background and knowledge of engineering process. Industry sector - Metal working.

 * University degree, chemical engineering degree or similar.

 * Strongly sales driven - ability to find new leads, develop them and convert into successful sales in B2B.

 * Proactive - Keen to move things forward - getting things done.

 * Excellent English skills, both written and oral.


Job Offer

Fixed Salary + Bonus + Company Car

Requisitos

5 years in a similar position or technical positions such as Engineering Management, technical background and knowledge of engineering process. Industry sector - Metal working.
