Business Development Manager
Remote (Barcelona-based company)
Schedule: 4.5 days/week (34 hours)
Hours: Mon–Thu 14:30–22:00 | Fri 14:30–18:30

About the Role

We are a small B2B company based in Barcelona, specialising in cosmetic medical products for clinics, med spas, and plastic surgery centers across the U.S.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who combines strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build trust. This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and developing long-term client relationships.

You’ll receive full training on our products and sales process. Once onboarded, you’ll take ownership of your pipeline—prospecting, opening new accounts, and nurturing ongoing partnerships.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (approx. 80-100 calls/day) to U.S.-based clinics and med spas
- Present and explain our products in a clear, confident, and consultative manner
- Open new client accounts and manage relationships end-to-end
- Follow up proactively to drive retention and repeat business
- Deliver exceptional client experience to build trust and long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with the team through daily virtual check-ins and shared targets

Requisitos

- Legal right to live and work in Spain
- Ideally based in or near Barcelona (open to candidates across Spain)

Se ofrece

- Base salary: €1,350/month (gross)
- Uncapped commission: +20% on all sales
- Realistic earnings growth:
- Year 1: Typical performers 2× their base salary
- Year 2: Typical performers 3×+ their base salary, with continued growth
- Performance-based bonuses and clear career progression
- 4.5-day workweek (34 hours) for better work–life balance

- Fully remote setup (quiet workspace + reliable internet required)
