What it’s about: Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Support Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing sales activities designed to increase candidature and Recognition for Cambridge English exams in Levante, according to approved Business Development strategies. What you’ll be doing: You will be responsible for: • Developing the business plan for Comunidad Valenciana and Región de Murcia in conjunction with the Senior Business Development Manager and documenting detailed sales plans for each territory • Driving the sales process from initiation to completion, organising and delivering promotional presentations, attending conferences, events and seminars, identifying and reporting new business opportunities and providing market intelligence. • Developing relationships with key stakeholders in the region including institutions, government and exam centres and maintaining specialist knowledge about our markets and the wider-educational landscape.
What we’re looking for: • You must be an ELT/TEFL professional educated to a degree level, and you will have two years of sales experience in the education industry or in the ELT industry specifically. • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications. • Your level of English and Spanish must be at least C1. • The ability to work independently and a strong customer focus are essential, as is hands-on experience with Cambridge English examinations.
