Funciones

JATO are looking to hire! We are a global Technology company and a leader in the Automotive industry. We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team based in Spain. 

JATO are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years' experience working in a customer support role, working with software products such as; SQL and HTML capabilities, as well as web services experience and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management. 

Main Responsibilities:


•	You will be required to be the first point of contact for customer queries and provide training on products, along with work together with JATO's' IT team to develop customised solutions for the customer and lead the delivery at a local level. 

•	The ideal candidate will regularly plan customer visits to understand needs to support sales on technical solutions and ensure communication with the line management is clear, allowing the customer to always be represented fairly and accurately.   

Requisitos

Skills:

•	 University graduate or equivalent with a combination of college and work experience

•	Experience of working within a customer services environment providing remote and direct support 

•	Automotive experience would be desirable

•	Availability to travel nationally and internationally (15-20 required) 
•	Have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
