JATO are looking to hire! We are a global Technology company and a leader in the Automotive industry. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Spain.

Requisitos

Skills Required:

•	2 years' experience in a Customer support role for software products would be desirable
•	Effective communication skills
•	Proficient in Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft Office applications)SQL/HTML capabilities
•	Web service experience
•	Web API knowledge
•	Experience of working within a customer services environment providing remote and direct support
•	 Availability to travel nationally and internationally (15-20 required)
•	Have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish 

Desired
•	Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, e.g. macros, pivot tables, advanced formula, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting
•	University graduate or equivalent combination of college and work experience
