Funciones

Reporting to Business Support Team Lead, ensure sound vendor relations establishing and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with all business partners contributing to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all functions. The scope of work spreads across various areas within OBSC, including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES a DECISIONS
Responsible for managing all day-to-day transactions from an E2E perspective bringing value to the organization:
 	Receives process and accurately validate electronic (imaged) or paper invoices and non-PO Payment requests for all suppliers in the SAP Ariba and Bl System.
 	Resolve invoice errors and/or discrepancies to ensure the timely processing of invoices.   Maintain excellent supplier relations by serving as a primary point of contact for departmental and supplier inquiries.
 	Escalate unresolved issues and inquiries to Business Support Specialist Lead, when applicable.
 	Prepare the full payment cycle in accordance with the defined internal control frame, including but not limited to payment run, bank and balance account reconciliation, banking files and intercompany netting process.
 	Reconcile all balance accounts in an appropriate and accurate manner to ensure payments are current.
 	Respond to basic client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to maintaining the accounts receivable records for Otsuka into Arvato model,
 	Prepare business partners statements and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.
 	Manage expense claim process.
 	Support Accounting in the month end/year end close process.
 	Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Otsuka policy and accepted accounting practices.
 	Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
 	Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified and timely delivery of services.

Requisitos

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
 	Degree / Higher Education required: College courses in finance, accounting or role.   Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 2 languages.   Business experience:
 	Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance field or role.
 	Minimum 5+ years of experience in working with invoice processing platforms and ERP systems
 	Minimum 5+ years of experience in an internat service delivery role, working with stakeholders and delivering results.   Any other requirements:
 	Highly capable in computer systems relative to role (MS Office and related systems).
COMPETENCIES
 	General knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger and purchasing processes.   General understanding of accounts payable process, including three-way match (GR/IR), accounts receivable and T&E.
 	General understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Optico/al Character Recognition software.
 	Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people understanding their needs and goals, working cooperatively with others as part of a team, rather than working separately or competitively.
 	Time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 	Openness to change, adapts, and works effectively in a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
 	Ability to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives on an issue.   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
 	Proven detail oriented work style in collaboration with effective written and verbal communication skill.
