Job description

What you will do
As a Web Content Manager you will be responsible for webpage content on and other digital marketing assets covering images, copy, rich-media and video with the outcome of longer more engaging site-visits. Must ensure the availability of all information and documentation for satisfying users, and turn them into leads, or channeling them to channel partners (in function of their profile).

How you will do it
 * Taking care of web content creation in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Product MGMT, Local teams, Senior Web Designer and Web Marketing Manager) according strategic sales and marketing goals
 * Considering SEO guidelines provided by the agency as a priority to improve the web organic positioning locally
 * Ensuring uniformity in the brand TOV application in all languages
 * Managing content translation with specialized partners
 * Taking care of content upload through the CMS to all websites
 * Leading local researches to helping define the ‘Lead Nurturing Strategy’ and executing content creation (in-house) or with external agencies when necessary
 * Generating periodic reports on the content performance in accordance with the KPIs, defining next steps

Required profile

What we look for

 * University degree in Advertising or Journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * +5 years of experience as a content manager focused on digital projects
 * Portfolio of projects
 * Desirable experience in B2B2C markets
 * Business Acumen - Knowledgeable in current and possible future practices, trends, technology, policies and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the competition, strategies and tactics work in the market place as well as local sales particularities related to channel strategies
 * Customer focused - Meets the expectations and requirements of customers and channel partners, using all available information to position Hitachi Cooling & Heating as the leading brand in the HVAC market
 * Excellent written communication skills
 * Drive for results and team player
 * Fluent level of English (Japanese will be a plus)

 * Knowledgeable in Content Management Systems (CMS)
 * Proficiency in SEO tools for keywords research and optimization
 * Experience in the use of collaboration tools such as Slack or Trello is a plus
 * Desirable experience working with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo
