Job description

What you will do
As a Business Web Manager you will be responsible for overseeing technical management & functionalities’ development of Hitachi’s Business web ecosystem for improvement in User Experience (UX) with the outcome of longer more engaging site-visits & lead generation, focused on driving sales to channel partners.

How you will do it
 * Overseeing website performance supported by analytics tools to maximize the contribution to local business by improving the sales funnel, increasing leads generation and channeling users to channel partners
 * Managing communication with other global and local teams to define changes for improved results according strategic marketing and sales goals
 * Managing all changes in the website with internal stakeholders (Senior Web Designer), as well as new projects for adding new functionalities to the site with external partners
 * Considering SEO as a priority to improve the web organic positioning locally, maximizing the visibility of channel partners and increasing the reach of potential customers, as well as brand awareness
 * Taking care of implementing the domain hierarchy strategy under hitachiaircon.com
 * Managing all related to the website tagging, making sure that meets the business/strategic requirements
 * Implementing and configuring monitoring tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar to provide useful data for other marketing/business areas
 * Being responsible of Salesforce web2lead implementation
 * Keeping websites in compliance with IT & Data Policies
 * Generate periodic reports on the website performance in accordance with the KPIs, calculating ROI and defining next steps

Required profile

What we look for

Required
 * University degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * +5 years performing digital marketing strategies
 * +3 years’ experience in web management on client side (multinational company preferably)
 * Desirable experience in B2B2C markets
 * Business Acumen - Knowledgeable in current and possible future practices, trends, technology, policies and information affecting his/her business and organization; knows the competition, strategies and tactics work in the market place as well as local sales particularities related to channel strategies
 * Customer focused - Meets the expectations and requirements of customers and channel partners, using all available information (UX research, social listening, market research) to position Hitachi Cooling & Heating as the leading brand in user experience
 * Good planner - Always ten steps ahead on what is next: creating project plans, statements of work, resource plans and briefs, from meta to micro
 * Creativity & Analytical thinking - Discovering new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking, applying logical thinking in order to break complex problems into their component parts and using all available data to achieve the best results
 * Drive for results and team player
 * Fluent level of English.

Preferred
 * Knowledgeable in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and behavior analytic tools (Heatmaps, Recordings, Polls, Surveys).
 * Proficiency in UX methodologies and agile practices,
 * Experience in the use of collaboration tools such as Slack or Trello is a plus
 * Desirable experience working with Salesforce tools
