Funciones

The objective of the trainee’s work at Camiral Golf & Wellness will be to familiarize with the daily operation of the golf course, including those tasks that the customers never see behind the scenes.

The main tasks would be customer oriented like:
•	Welcome the customer to the resort and golf area.
•	Serve the customers what they have rented in the golf shop.
•	Respond to customer’s questions and requests
•	Give directions to customers and accompany them
•	Promote and sell the products of the proshop and collaborate in the process payment
•	Ensure transmission of information to other departments 

And many other tasks for daily golf operation:
•	1st tee organization as starter
•	Pace of play control as course advisor.
•	Drive the transfer vehicles to and from the hotels to the golf course.
•	Cleaning golf carts after play & parking them for charging.
•	Advise customers, checking reservations and availability.
•	Take care of the golf bags, including loading and unloading from golf carts & electric trolleys, cleaning the clubs, and store them in our facilities.
•	Take care of practice facility, picking range balls, baskets and trashes.
•	Golf course set up control like stakes, trashes, markers, etc.
•	Batteries control and maintenance of both electric trolleys and carts.
•	Detailing of our material, like scorecards, pencils, rental clubs, balls machine, etc.

Requisitos

•	fluent in English and other European Language, intermediate level of Spanish will be a plus 
•	great communicative abilities
•	independent worker
•	be able to integrate in a multidisciplinary team
•	flexibility
•	proactive and passionate by the guest service
•	No previous experience required
•	Candidate must be eligible for getting Spanish Visa – NIE in order to perform the working agreement.
