Main responsibilities - Act as a virtual receptionist for our client's Office and Virtual Office customers who use their call answering services - Answer those calls that are addressed to a range of different customers from law firms to recruitment agencies and everything in between - Strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience - Be the point of contact for different companies, trying to give them support in their daily tasks - Act as a to-go-person for your customers, improving their experience with our client's services Core skills/Experience - Upbeat, positive, sociable - Excellent phone skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
