To succeed in this exciting role, it is essential that you have an advanced level of German, both oral and written. Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A commercial profile and sales experience will be a plus, as they will allow you to maximize business opportunities. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, capable of empathizing with customers and offering effective solutions. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is fundamental, as it will allow you to collaborate with your colleagues to provide excellent service. Your responsibilities will include receiving calls from German-speaking customers, offering personalized assistance, and resolving any concerns or issues they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing accurate information about the companys products and services, ensuring each customer receives the attention they deserve. Your ability to actively listen and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering creative and efficient solutions. Your ability to build trustful relationships with customers will be essential, as you will be a key point of contact for them. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of customer interactions, using the tools and systems provided by the company.
