Funciones

International company is looking for a Supervisor with high level of English and experience in contact center environment for its offices in Madrid.

* Design and implementation of actions before deviations and / or needs of the client.

 * Report results of the Campaign.
 * KPI`S.

 * QA and coaching

 * Administrative tasks such as holidays organization, payroll related incidences etc.

 * Preparation of reports and reporting of campaign data to the AM and / or Site Manager.

 * Support to the AM in the planning and management of the campaign.

 * Meeting with the client and report of information.

 * Lead and ensure methodology in the company's processes.

 * Collaboration with the WFM area in the development of sizing according to LOB.

 * Meetings with the team (informative, motivational or catalyzing problems / incidents).

 * Interlocution with the different.


Perfil del candidato

* Fluent level of English (C1)

 * Experience in oursourcing.
 * Sales oriented.
 * Experience in banking and financial sector.
 * Ability to work under presure.
