Capital Market Lawyer. Financial and commercial law (m/f)- Important financial group. Barcelona office.


Description

* Legal advice on new transactions, novations, restructurings, cancellations, OTC derivatives, repos, value loans, atypical or typical financial contracts, framework agreements, real guarantees, fiduciary and personal guarantees, general degrees and financial qualifications.
 * Participate in business development projects abroad form the side as a partner of external advisors, analyzing and complementing legal opinions, updating them and dealing with the adaptation of contractual documentation to foreign legal environments.
 * Provide support in the local and international treasury litigation.


Profile

* Double degree / degree in Law and Business Administration.
 * Very high level of English (direct dialogue with London).
 * 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or commercial law.
