- Meeting, greeting, and engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner
- Delivering, retrieving, and storing guest belongings, including luggage assistance
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front

- house areas
- Liaising with chauffeur and taxi drivers, tour guides, and couriers
- Managing items left for collection
