• Use your creativity to design sophisticated, high-performance and multi-platform IT architectures for the Salesforce Service Cloud® using Visual Force, Apex, and other related technologies. • Collaborate with your customer-facing Salesforce Consultant colleagues to develop solution concepts that meet the customer’s individual needs and requirements. • Test architectures and fix any bugs that are found. • Take care of numerous APIs and custom backend integrations. • Brainstorm and contribute to the company’s ongoing discussion regarding the best way to streamline our processes with Salesforce extensions and enhancements
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and specifically the Salesforce Service Cloud®, that is complimented by your Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator certification. • A customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. • Strong analytical and organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • A creative mind, self-motivation, passion for your work, as well as a team and goals-oriented approach. • A strong command of the English language (CEFR: C1), knowledge of German would be an advantage.
