Your mission will be to ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are not only implemented, but truly adopted—aligning people, processes, and behaviors across the organization.
You will act as a key enabler of transformation, turning complex cybersecurity changes into clear, engaging, and actionable experiences for all stakeholders.
    • You will design and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned with cybersecurity initiatives.
    • You will engage stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, readiness, and sustained adoption.
    • You will create communication, training, and engagement plans that translate complex concepts into impactful actions.

Requisitos

What will make you successful in this role
    • Extensive experience in Change Management (7+ years)
Your background leading full lifecycle change initiatives will allow you to confidently design, execute, and measure adoption strategies in complex environments.
    • Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, or technology programs
Understanding security-driven transformations will help you anticipate resistance, align stakeholders, and drive behavioral change effectively.
    • Strong foundation in Change Management methodologies (Prosci, CCMP, or similar)
Your structured approach will enable you to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes across multiple initiatives.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into human impact
You will excel by simplifying cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging communication for non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with communication, training, and multimedia formats
Your ability to create diverse content (campaigns, materials, sessions) will accelerate adoption and improve user experience.
    • Analytical mindset and success measurement
You will define and track KPIs, ensuring change initiatives deliver real behavioral and business outcomes.
    • Autonomy and proactive mindset
Working with minimal supervision, you will take initiative and drive progress in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Advanced English (C1)
You will lead conversations, workshops, and stakeholder interactions in an international context.
    • Availability for hybrid work in Valencia and US schedule
Being based in Valencia and working aligned with New York hours will ensure seamless collaboration and onsite engagement when required.
