We are looking for a Channel Manager with experience in FMCG for a Global Multinational Group.


Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

 * Leading and managing the commercial business plans for his/her Category.
 * He/She must ensure perfect coordination with internal & external stakeholders with coherence between execution and brand overall strategy, focusing on procedures and corporate guidelines respect.
 * The incumbent must lead the successful planning and development of the different channels securing to liaise and coordinate with marketing, the agencies, channel management colleagues and Field Team to ensure optimal programs and events implementation.
 * Develop account plans that define our short and mid-term strategy to help us win with customers,
 * Negotiate annual agreements in line with budgets assigned.


Profile

* A minimum of 5 years´experienve in a similar role within FMCG in managerial position.
 * Trade Marketing or KAM/KAR background.
 * Desirable experience in the FMCG Market and Trade Marketing activities.
 * Spanish and Proficiency level of English (mandatory)
 * Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Power. Point and Excel.
 * Good business understanding, strong analytic skills and business acumen with a high level of commercial mindset.
 * An aptitude for problem solving and experience & resilience to work in a fast-evolving environment, yet bringing in a correct understanding of business challenges and ability to propose and ensure new commercial initiatives.
 * Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
 * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
 * Well developed interpersonal and communicational skills at all levels.
 * Demonstrated negotiation skills.
