Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of your section, preparing and presenting standout dishes that delight every time.
Ensure all food meets the highest standards both in taste and presentation, in line with our brand and health & safety regulations.
Keep an eye on portions and minimize waste to help us stay sustainable and profitable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, even during our busiest moments.
Jump in and support other sections when needed. We’re all about teamwork.

Requisitos

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a confident Commis Chef ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Cool under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
A natural communicator who works well with others.
A real passion for food, detail, and creating memorable dishes.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
