Funciones

Rosami at The Villa is seeking a talented and service-oriented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in Malta, set inside a beautifully restored 19th-century palazzo in the vibrant Balluta area.

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring the precise preparation and presentation of dishes in line with Michelin-starred standards. The position demands strong technical skills, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple kitchen sections under the guidance of senior culinary leadership.

Duties & Tasks

·        Work across all kitchen sections at Rosami as required by operational needs and service demands

·        Support daily kitchen operations by carrying out preparation and service tasks efficiently and accurately

·        Follow instructions accurately to maintain Michelin-starred standards

·        Prepare dishes in accordance with established recipes, techniques, and plating standards

·        Maintain attention to detail in all preparation and plating tasks

·        Maintain understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, and plating requirements

·        Ensure accurate execution of all dishes during service

·        Minimise waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients

Requisitos

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a confident Commis Chef ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Cool under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
A natural communicator who works well with others.
A real passion for food, detail, and creating memorable dishes.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
