one80 Mellieha is seeking a passionate, skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team.

Located in the heart of Mellieha, one80 offers a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, seasonal produce and Mediterranean influences. Our kitchen is committed to delivering refined and flavour-driven dishes while maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have solid previous experience working in a fast-paced à la carte Mediterranean restaurant environment, with the ability to perform consistently within a professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
· Physically cook and manage your designated section during prep and service.
· Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
· Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards.
· Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.
· Train and support junior kitchen staff.
· Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials.

Requisitos

· Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a quality-driven restaurant. Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
· Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills. Professional attitude and attention to detail.
· Relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications will be considered an advantage.

Se ofrece

· Location: Mellieħa, Malta.
· Salary: Starting from €20,800.
· Overtime: The Restaurant shall pay the Employee for hours worked over and above the 40-hour week in line to Maltese legislation.
