We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full- time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated chef who takes pride in delivering high- quality dishes and thrives in a fast- paced kitchen environment. 

Requisitos

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Prepare, cook, and present high- quality dishes within your designated section. Manage and maintain your assigned section efficiently during service. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. Assist in various areas of the kitchen as required. Help train and mentor Commis Chefs. Assist with stock takes and ordering supplies when necessary. Monitor portion control and minimise food waste. Ensure all food is prepared in line with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times. RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Fluent in English. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast- paced environment. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required. Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
