International Claims management Company (Insurance industry) is looking for a new Chief Commercial Profile in order to expand its business in Spain. Descripción de la oferta ROLE: Reports to and acts as a sounding board for the general manager. Operates independently, but has a dotted line report to the Group Commercial Director GOALS: Management and expansion of existing contacts. Development and introduction of new products and services, in collaboration with the Strategy & Business Innovation Group. Creation of new business opportunities and development of long-term collaborations and relationships KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS * Preparation of the sales strategy and annual plan, in consultation with the Country Director * Responsibility for sales and measures to stimulate sales in accordance with the sales strategy * Responsibility for all sales-related processes regarding existing and new clients and prospects - from acquisition, tendering, contracting and implementation to relationship management * Identification of developments within relevant markets and actively increasing retention and growth of network of relationships. * Development of service concepts which answer market needs, in consultation with operational management * Establishment of relationships with current and future strategic clients and of a long-term, structured approach to the maintenance of these relationships. * Monitoring of market and internal and external developments. * Initiation of product and service innovations based on client and market needs. * Maintaining contact with both internal and external (key) clients. * Introduction and maintenance of a unified approach and processes for all (key) accounts (including international aspects). * Establishment of internal processes for new agreements/contracts with clients. * Internal complaints management and resolution PERFORMANCE INDICATORS * Increased client satisfaction * Increased sales * Existing client growth * Increase in new clients * Collaboration in the development of new products and services * Active maintenance of up-to-date industry knowledge * Efficient and clear internal and external communication * Internal and external network development Perfil del candidato JOB REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE: At least 7 years of experience in a business services sales role (in claims industry) KNOWLEDGE: Broad knowledge of modern presentation methods such as prezi.
