Funciones

 * Disseminate, throughout the organisation, the undertaking in relation to criminal compliance given by our client in Spain. Encourage awareness and staff training in relation to business ethics and criminal compliance internal regulation.
 * To be coordinated with international team.
 * Performance of the regular review of the identification, analysis and assessment of criminal risks, in addition to processing the information generated in that exercise.
 * Encourage regular updates of the Compliance Program, and whenever changes arise to the legislation on criminal matters, to the organisation, to the control structure or to the activity conducted by the enterprise.
 * Be informed and, should the case arise, handle reports of potential risks and breaches, complaints and requests regarding the System and criminal compliance.
 * Prepare the action and training plans associated with the Compliance Program.
 * Follow up on (monitor) the initiatives undertaken in the Compliance Program: implementation of new controls, actions to enhance the management system, training plan, etc.).
 * Inform the boards or managing bodies on the functioning of, and compliance with, the Compliance Program and its needs, and propose any amendments considered appropriate to ensure its effectiveness.
 * Cooperate with the auditors to assist with their audit of the Compliance Program.

Requisitos

We look for a professional for supervising the functioning of, and compliance with, the Compliance Program for our client's Group in Spain with provable experience as a Compliance Officer

 * Provable experience as a Compliance Officer and Compliance Projects implementation.
 * Experience in risk management.
 * Knowledge of Criminal Law.
 * Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Integrity and professional ethics
 * High Level of English
