Funciones

Together with your team, you will be on hand whenever there is a problem: whether it's heating, ventilation or plumbing, you and your technical skills can always be relied upon. You will keep the technical equipment and systems in good working order and, as a professional, ensure that everything runs smoothly and properly in the technical and maintenance department.

Requisitos

You should bring the following with you:
•  Completed training in a technical field (e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing or electrical engineering)
•  Management experience
•  Experience in building management
•  Good knowledge of PCs and MS Office
•  Ability to work independently, flexibility, teamwork and reliability

Idioma requerido: Español. Inglés es un plus
