Funciones

We are looking for a Client Service Executive to be responsible overall business development, establishing & maintaining relationship with key stakeholders at client organization for the communication Media & Telco Industry in the Spanish market.


Description

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

 

- Market leadership by developing and executing the long-term profitable growth strategy for a given customer unit, position as thought partner in customer organization.

- Relationship managment - Should be able cultivate and maintain log term relationship whit key stakeholders at customer organization. Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives.

- Business development - Responds to and delivers on client request; responds to RFPs . Identifies opportunities, makes proactive proposals in line with the account strategy. Obtains approvals to pursue opportunities. Engages the relevant teams for solutions synchronizing with nearshore and offshore capabilities to provide high quality solutions.


Profile

- Between 5 and 10 years Strong business development background with valued experience on Tier 1 consulting companies.

- Strong knowledge in Telco, Communications and Media industries with At least 5 years experience working in sales directly with clients.

- Digital transformation oriented, with clear ideas on platforms, processes, data management, cloud AI, etc.

- Entrepreneur spirit and objective driven mind-set.

- Network in the CMT industry in Spain.

- Proficiency in English in Spanish.
