Nielsen Operations Center in Poland is hiring! We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our team in Warsaw location.

SIMPLY PUT: Client Solution Consultant is the liaison between the commercial and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests and discusses solutions with internal and external clients in terms of Nielsen Products without sales activities.

CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:

- Key point of contact for Business Clients from Spanish market in all operational matters (delivery delays, root cause analysis, project development, data changes, data quality issues, execution, etc.).
- Converting the clients’ needs into internal work orders.
- Responsible for the efficiency of the databases, including optimalizations and suggestions for the Client.
- Data reconciliation using tools such as SQL and R studio.
- Quality assurance procedures.
- Client presentations of the complete production process.
- Remote communication with different stakeholders (e-mail, Hangouts and phone).


Requisitos

YOUR PROFILE:

- Fluent English and Spanish knowledge,
- Very analytical, able to draw conclusions out of data coming from different sources
- Enjoys working with numbers,
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership,
- Good Excel knowledge is a must and computer languages as for instance SQL or R are a plus,
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other relevant field,
- Minimum 1 year of Operational and/or Client facing experience,
- Distinct communication skills (especially in remote communication), both spoken and written,
- Combination of profound operative skills and client orientation.
