The Clinical Specialist knows the clinical applications of the reference product and has the responsibility to give OR assistance during its use. He collaborate with the OR operators during the organizational stage in order to assure the activity is performed in the established order and show the correct working and managing methods.


Description

* To know the weekly planning of the reference customers and share them with the Product Manager;

 * To cultivate the relationship with the Users and all the people involved in the use and maintenance of the reference product;

 

 * To deal with customers' requests regarding the activities over the territory and the clinical activity;

 

 * To promote the use of the new technologies related to the reference product;

 * To plan, coordinate and perform the trainings dedicated to the all the people involved in the use of the reference product;

 * To give OR assistance and develop the know-how of the surgery Team during the learning curve period (in this activity, the alignment with the Product Manager is important in order to suggest the best activity considering the customer's profile);

 * To be informed about and suggest new application for the reference product;

 * To educate the physicians of the area assigned over the reference product and its clinical applications;

 * To share with the Product Manager and the Team OR experience in order to increase the Company's know-how.

The Clinical Specialist will be evaluated on an annual and quarterly budget and on Team goals


Profile

* Diploma or Degree

 * Good knowledge of MS Office

 * Fluent English

 * Willingness to travel through Spain

 * Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

 * Experience in OR

 * Experience in a similar role
