Funciones

* Change management.
* Monitoring and alert setup.
* Monitor Business metrics.
* L3 incidences reception and either resolution or reassignment.
* Generation of operations documentation and procedures.
* Support and maintenance of all the developed systems.
* Automation and optimization of administration tasks.
* Pairing with existing team members to share and learn.

Requisitos

* Continuous integration: experience with tools to automate CI pipelines such as Jenkins.
* Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
* Linux: solid knowledge managing Linux operating systems.
* Data processing: deep knowledge configuring performance monitoring systems. Using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
* 2 years of experience working in an operations environment.
* Experience in the management of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Stackdriver, Wazuh, etc.
* Experience managing Cloud (GCP) and virtualization would be valued but is not essential.
* English B2 or above.
