Cluster Additional Materials Manager
What You will do
- Participate in the process to evolve material replenishment process at ECA and lead the transformation within Additional Material.
- Take accountability of Additional material stocks at Cluster.
- Own forecast reports to Additional material factories.
- Drive KPI performance through WCM methodology.
- Define and implement at Market Companies' SLAs per material/factories.
- Conduct process reviews and follow up on the agreed actions.
- Build and align cluster and global AM related KPIs and processes within the cluster.
- Keeping AddMat on the agenda in the cluster, participate in cluster S&OP meeting when applicable.
- Coordinate, handle and harmonise changes, continuous improvements and adjustments in the installed base from AddMat in the cluster.
- Enable AddMat forecast accuracy improvements with customer contacts.
- Coordinate Packaging Materials Commercial Operations (PMCO) activities of Supply Chain Operations AddMat nature between the cluster and central Supply Chain functions in deployment of new products, processes and IB (Installed based) activities, ensuring that Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) AddMat is informed.
- Contributor to the AddMat cluster Network. Build network among the clusters AddMat Managers to standardise (way of working, sharing best practices).
- Drive logistic cost control and secure optimal AddMat supply flows to markets.
- Review demand to secure supply, manage stock based on AM lead-times, VMI implementation.
- Kept informed for quality & logistic issues and claims. In contingency situations and tight supply coordinating the demands and prioritise the the volumes allocation.
- Report to the Demand & Supply Director.
- The position requires 30-50% of travelling.
Who You are
- To be a successful candidate you should have a University Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration, preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- You are fluent both in written and spoken in English.
- If you can speak Spanish, that can mean an advantage for you throughout your everyday professional routine.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in general Material Replenishment field also at least the same years of experience in Project Management (organizational change, process improvement) in this area.
- You have deep knowledge in Planning and Supply Chain of materials related and you are also familiar with Vendor Management Replenishment and Customer Care in this area.
- You have proven track record in either direct or indirect people management.
- As a person you have strong analytical and leadership skills and you are able to continuously prioritize and work under stress.
- You can create strong professional relationships with different levels of the organization and you are recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the company.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and you are a strong practitioner of creative techniques such as ideation and storytelling.
