Cluster Installed Base Coordinator

What You will do

This is a Cluster role with focus on managing and securing Running hrs KPI. It includes analysis and statistics data management. 
 In this role, you will be responsible of data collection analysis and management of business KPIs like Running Hrs, PAM (Performance After Maintenance), CX (Customer Experience), coordinating work within other functions and applying the continuous improvement methodology to achieve target score and securing high quality of delivery to our customers. In this position you will be in contact with S-KAMs SDs, and other functions within FSO, act as mentor, train and coach others. 
 There is a flexibility to be based in one of the below locations within the Cluster: 
 Arganda (ESP), or Colombes (FR), Lund (SW), or Rubiera (IT) or Moscow, Russian Federation. 
 Main responsibilities: 
 · Understand Running hours management: Service Platform – Maintenance Meters, TPMS On-Line, SAP R/3, Business Warehouse and be expert in these applications; 
 · Organize collection of running hours for each active customer 
 · Organize Running hours reporting in Cluster using BO reports: Equipment Installed Base Equipment Utilization Sold vs. Produced Packs; 
 · Monitor PAM KPI 
 · Keep PAM Dashboard updated on weekly base 
 · Secure PAM follow up process is executed correctly and keep all main stakeholders involved updated 
 · Support Customer Experience program 
 · Secure CX process adherence 
 · Cluster role in contact with Global organization 
 This is a permanent position and require travelling 10-20% of working time.

Who You are

Education and Languages: 
 · University / college Degree (Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Operations management or Technical Subjects); 
 · Fluency in English (both spoken and written). 
 Professional Skills and Experience: 
 · 2 years of experience in back office activities 
 · Good knowledge of Excel and of Microsoft Office Package in general 
 · SAP BO experience 
 · Knowledge of PLMS system will be considered as a plus 
 · Good understanding of TP environment and Customer environment 
 Personal Qualifications: 
 · Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
 · Excellent customer focus 
 · Strong organizational skills 
 · Team player attitude with ability to work independently as well 
 · Effective problem solving 
 · Ability to work under pressure 
 · Flexible
