* The agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.
 * Adding to this, the agent should also be responsible for the Customer Service and claim handlin of our services.
 * Registration of client´s detail and information.
 * Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients.
 * Booking repairs and appointments for the clients.


Perfil del candidato

* Able to effectively communicate to customers.
 * Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative.
 * Easy adaptable to different partners. Teamwork,proactive and excellent customer service skills.
 * Customer ervice experience.
 * French
