We are looking for a Commercial Processes Transformation Leader to join an international company based in Madrid Descripción de la oferta As a Commercial Processes Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for the deployment of key cross-channel experiences, and for the continuous improvement of existing Consumer Journeys / key cross-channel business processes. Specific responsibilities include: * Lead the implementation of new Consumer Journeys (designed by CX team) in the Commercial Operations side, in coordination with the different channels and any relevant stakeholders, ensuring omni-channel consistency and efficient processes. * Ensure continuous monitoring of the deployed Consumer Journeys / key cross-channel business processes (e.g., lending, consumer registration, trade-in) looking for continuous improvement opportunities, coordinating & following up with the different channels and relevant business areas to ensure translation into concrete action plans. * Ensure the necessary processes and tools to enable an ongoing track of deployed consumer journeys / key cross-channel processes (liaising with Commercial Intelligence for designing adequate dashboards / business analysis). * Support any specific "ad-hoc" analysis of the department & presentations to management, liaising with Commercial Intelligence Team Perfil del candidato * University degree * Relevant experience in Commercial functions back office.
