POSITION PURPOSE:

Challenge yourself by selling the value of software solutions to our customers. Grow with one of the most successful sales organizations in the world as a SAP Commercial Sales Early Talent.
The primary responsibility of the SAP Commercial Sales Early Talent is to support the SAP New Acquisition Manager at Commercial Sales to boost sales revenue and increase SAP market share.
Working together with the New Clients Acquisition Manager@SAP Commercial Sales, the Early Talent will run innovative and creative activities to increase the SAP awareness in the midmarket (creation of Digital Marketing campaign, leveraging of customer stories, etc.)


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

1.	Drive growth in new customer acquisition through innovative programm collaborating within sales, marketing, Partner Business managers and partners to collect information about our clients references  with  enthusiastic execution, measurement and continuous improvement.
2.	Build an „easy to consume“ client database with key information to support sales in the sales cycle  
•	Establish and create a robust, outcome driven new opportunity management programme ensuring that Commercial Sales have the right sales kit (assets, collaterals, customers stories) ready to be pitch at clients and partners to maximize conversion efficiency.
•	Adopt and deploy the latest marketing tools, tailor made for the digital age
•	Coach your managers and peers in social selling
•	Drive digital innovation for reaching target markets

Requisitos

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•	Recently graduated or about to be graduated with a University degree in Business Administration / IT / Digital Transformation (Master Student)
•	Resourceful / initiatives driven
•	Natural drive to excel
•	Fluent English both written and orally
•	A 2nd language is a plus
•	Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor
•	Good IT/ preferably business software knowledge and understanding of business processes
•	Capacity to listen actively in order to identify prioritized customer needs
•	Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
•	Ability to articulate the SAP value proposition clearly in a defined industry and line of business context
•	Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results
•	Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly


WORK EXPERIENCE:

•	Experience in developping new markets would be a plus.
•	year post-degree experience
