Funciones

Coordinate and deploy the commercial plan for our products, including Smoke-Free Products (SFP) and conventional cigarettes.
Ensure the deployment of all commercial operations and necessary infrastructure in both Direct and Indirect channels.
Deploy the visibility strategy for Indirect and Direct Retail Channels, ensuring good brand adaptation and considering the needs of the Andorra market.
Deploy the trade engagement programs and retail segmentation.
Develop and maintain commercial tools to support the organization.

Requisitos

You have a university degree.
You are fluent in English (C1 Level) and Spanish.
Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented and creative problem solver.
More than 5 years in a FMCG Company. Ideally, experience in the commercial operations department.
Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (C1).
Excellent communication skills.
Valid EU work permit.

You can choose between a hybrid office and remote work model (40% office / 60% remote) or a fully on-site model.

Relocation package available for candidates outside of Andorra:10% of the gross salary during the first year, distributed over 12 payments.
Moving assistance up to €7,000 upon presentation of invoices from the contracted company.
Payment of the real estate agency commission upon presentation of the invoice.
2 months of temporary accommodation in a group hotel.
