Permanent position in Sant Joan Despi
Full time position directly with the company. Reporting directly to General Manager
Schedule: From Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 17:00pm with availability at the weekends from time to time and flexibility to travel.
Salary from 27.000€ to 29.000€.

Requisitos

Se requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior y Al menos 3 años de experiencia

Must requirements:
Graduated or Master degree. 
At least 3 years working experience in Commodity industry. Ideally having a few years of experience in inspection trade execution services or equivalent. 
Command of English and Spanish.  (it will be a plus knowledge of French)
Driving license and own vehicle

Your main responsibilities will be:
Perform the execution of the files under your responsibility and ensure their follow-up 
Carry out the client- s job order review and, if necessary clarify any discrepancies or unclear instructions 
Contact the agent or inspector/a to: relay the information concerning the file, instruct the scope of work and ensure the proper operational follow-up of the file.
Maintain constant contact with the client, keeping him informed in a timely manner of the operational status 
Anticipate and seek immediate advice each time a potential issue that could jeopardize a specific file is identified 
Maintain operational statistics
