Communication Specialist & Events (h/m) Barcelona

Funciones

* Support on Marketing Communication area for all the brands with daily tasks, such as: tracking spends, maintaining websites, B2B, etc.
* Responsible for creating and coordinating with the agency new marketing collateral to support the sales teams and distributors, including Product leaflets, catalogue, brochures, sample packs/Displays, and adverts for Spain and Portugal
* Support in new product launches:
   * Preparation of the marketing launch pack
   * Development of the marketing campaign
* Support in the preparation and development of tradeshows and events, both in our Showroom and different locations.
* Support in the development of marketing campaigns; loyalty programs, coordination of PR, advertising, own media content creation (email marketing, blog, RRSS, etc.)
* Implementation and analysis of the social media, Google Adds campaigns, SEM and SEO strategy.
* Control and continuous update of the content shared with customers like external Communications tools, design programs and the different distributor portals.
* Marketing campaign analysis (ROI, awareness, reach, conversion rate, CPC, and other metrics)

Requisitos

* Coming from an International organization and used to work with central marketing.
* Mandatory: language English and preferable Portuguese.
* 3 - 4 years working experience preferable in a FMGC industry.
* Excellent Microsoft office skills and ability to manage large databases
* Ability to handle process and driving process independently
* Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (collaboration across multiple countries and cultures)
* Business oriented and teamworking as a must
