The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht (CAC) is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz and smart customers. More than 25 different nationalities add diversity and enrich an organization dedicated to satisfied customers and high performance. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level. Our Customer Service departments answer customer enquiries and complaints, while the Service24h department organizes roadside assistance for customers. Services related to customers mobility guarantee availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Service department supports technical and product related competencies for CAC, Daimler and external parties.

Funciones

As a Communications Specialist you will define and execute the Internal and External CAC Communication strategy in cooperation with the Management Board and Headquarters.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Internal Communications:
•	You are responsible for the content management for the CAC Intranet website
•	You initiate and determine the execution of the content and medium of all internal communications:
•	You execute, coordinate and edit all Management Board communications originating from the Management Board on demand
•	Corporate identity layout: You ensure that Daimler Standards are being followed in all communication outings
•	Furthermore you ensure compliance with Corporate Identity rules
•	You support Intra-Daimler communication about the CAC
•	You align with the Works Council on communication – liaison with Works Council regarding relevant matters
•	You define annual, quarterly and monthly communication themes/topics and identify the required media-mix
•	You develop and execute a communication plan


External Communications:
•	You are responsible for the content of the CAC Internet website
•	Press and Public relations: You are CAC spokesman in close cooperation with the Management Board and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. Headquarters)
•	You represent the CAC at national and international job fairs
•	Corporate identity layout: You ensure compliance with Daimler rules and regulations at all times
•	You represent the CAC to the Government or Municipal institutions

Requisitos

Requirements:

•	Bachelor’s degree: Communications
•	3-5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment
•	Proven expertise in creating and executing communications strategies based upon business objectives.
•	Native or fluent in English and Dutch. German knowledge is highly appreciated
•	Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
•	Knowledge of communications and/or public relations concepts & principles
•	Exceptional writing, top-notch editor and excellent verbal communications skills
•	Computer literate with standard business, collaboration and social media applications
•	Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with emphasis on building rapport and effective (local) relationships
•	Ability to exhibit a sense of urgency for timely delivery of critical content
•	Flexibility to adjust your working hours to the business needs

Se ofrece

Working hours a week: 40, Monday to Friday.
