Funciones

Responsible for organization and records of the department.
Evaluate the Compliance Program indexes, 
Elaborate, develop and evaluate form reports and evaluate Risk Matrix and PDCA methodology.
Knowledge of COSO, internal audit and internal controls.
Knowledge of CSR (corporate social responsibility)
Writing Compliance Program Manuals, Policies and Procedures.
Monitoring of compliance with regulations and applicable policies and procedures and incident reporting; 
Preparation of Training Materials and other ppt necessary to the Compliance Program. 
Conducting employee training.
Advice on compliance matters for the rest of the organization.

Requisitos

Law degree. 
Minimum experience of three years in similar functions.
Very high level of English and Spanish. Other languages would be a plus.
