As Computer Vision Team Lead ou will lead computer vision engineers and you will be the main responsible of AI department within the company.

* Design and build computer vision solutions in the areas of object detection and tracking, scene segmentation, scene understanding, and depth estimation
 * Optimize algorithms to run in real-time on edge and on the cloud
 * Build solutions that are robust to camera motion, occlusions, poorly exposed scenes
 * Create critical infrastructure and best practices as we scale our computer vision team
 * Manage a small, but growing team of CV and ML engineers
 * Maintain data pipelines critical to testing and training our algorithms
 * Define labeling ontologies and create training, validation, and testing sets across customer sites and weather conditions
 * Develop algorithms, perception software modules and libraries with responsibility for the full software engineering lifecycle: requirements, design, source code implementation, integration, and system test
 * This role requires collaborating with other team members to deploy the algorithms/software to customer sites and factories
 * You will be also validating the algorithms and models in pre and post production environments
 * Help accelerate apps/platforms using the latest NVIDIA SDKs and technologies.
 * Collaborating deeply with deep learning engineers, product development and framework teams, and imotion Research to ensure developer enablement materials are best-in-class and fully aligned with technology roadmaps.
 * Championing the use of accelerated computing-deep learning, data science, and other applications
 * Developing world-class materials to educate developers. Assets include sample applications, tutorials, white papers, technical blogs, trainings and presentations to help developers with NVIDIA's technologies.


Perfil del candidato

* Masters degree in computer science or relevant field with exposure to classic and Deep Learning based computer vision techniques
 * Hands-on coding experience , fluent in C, C++
 * Must have production experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
 * Expert in computer vision use cases like Object Detection, Object Tracking, Action Recognition using video feeds
 * Great analytical skills, with expertise in analytical toolkits such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analysis
 * Experience in post production deployment including MLOps
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies
 * Knowledge of Numpy, Scikit learn & Pandas
 * Knowledge of Data & Model parallelism
 * Experience with TensorRT, Pytorch & Tensorflow
 * Experience with containers (dockers & Kubernetes), and web services
 * Understanding of standard solution design and implementation methodologies for based on GPU-accelerated frameworks and platforms.
 * Experience developing software at a technology company or major enterprise.
 * Python and C/C++ programming and software development techniques.
